One of my neighbour's cats was waiting for me on my porch when I returned from work today.
"Hello Fluffy," I said to him. "How's my good little rat catcher today? I bet you have a big fat rat in your big fat belly right now."
The cat let me pet him, circling round and round me as he did so. I have always loved cats. Had a couple of them before I became a dog man.
Once I was done talking to and petting the cat I reached into my jeans for my house keys and put them in the lock. Fluffy left me then because he knows behind that door is where the big bad wolf lives.
