Abomination

On the radio
Sonja and I heard the
Malls were jammed with
People looking for deals.

We went to the supermarket.
Just a few people there.
We bought what we needed
And went to the pub.

Just a few people there too.
Sonja had wine.
Cider for me.
At a table near

Us I heard someone
Order a Guinness and cider.
In one glass.
I asked our waitress,

"What do you call
A Guinness and cider?"
She whispered to me,
"It's an Abomination."
