Sweet On the Outside

Last night I went around a few polls leaving leaflets for one of the Liberal candidates I am working for. Me and an old dear. Sweet as could be she is - on the outside.

At several of the doors we walked up to we found leaflets left by the NDP where they had found no one home or no one willing to open their doors to them. Each of the NDP leaflets was scooped up by my old dear leafletting partner and stashed into her suitably large purse as we left our own on the doorstep. As each of the orange leaflets disappeared she said the same words quietly to herself over and over, "Commie cocksuckers."
