Gang Wars Create Expectations


There were two carloads
Of Hindoos at the side
Of the highway today
On my way home from the mill.

One or more of them
Probably had car trouble.

Everybody went by them
Real slow
Hoping
They might
Start gunning
One another
Down.

Hindoos shoot Buddhists, mostly so there's that. Sometimes they light up Muslims too, probably depends on whose in front that day. Don't ask me any more about it, that's all I know.
