Support Joe Keithley

I have been thinking about joining the NDP. For those of you who live outside Canada and do not know what the NDP is, it is Canada's watered down Communist Party. Not as watered down as America's Democratic Party, which would be as irrelevant as ever if their Republican Party foes had not turned so motherfucking National Socialist in the last thirty years or so.

The reason I am thinking about it is because Joe Keithley is seeking the provincial NDP nomination in Coquitlam-Burke Mountain. Seems to me, seems to a lot of people, like Joe would make one fuck of an MLA. He is smart enough and well spoken enough to handle just about any task an NDP government might ask him to take on too, if they get elected next spring.

While I am thinking it over, if you happen to live in Coquitlam-Burke Mountain, you may want to think about joining the NDP and helping elect the most extraordinary individual our province has elected since Paul St. Pierre over forty years ago. If you happen to know someone who lives in the Coquitlam-Burke Mountain area give them a kick in the ass. Rare is the time you are given such an opportunity to do your neighbourhood, your province and your country some good.

The picture, by the way, is of Paul St. Pierre, now 89 years old. It was taken for one of the many awards and honours he has received late in life, in this case from Thompson Rivers University.

I'm already wondering about Joe. He ran as a Green Party candidate back in 2001 or so. Now he wants to be NDP. Flip-flopper! But I'd vote for Joe over the people that have been offered in my riding. I've spoiled my ballot for over ten years Provincially. They're all so goddam great I just can't chose.

Over the past few decades Green parties internationally drew in a lot of left leaning people who were more attracted to their policies than they were to the policies of social democratic parties. Green parties have made quite the impact in some countries. Not Canada - it is as though the word ecology has yet to be coined. I cannot find discouraging words for anyone looking to find a home within the NDP tent given the alternatives. Seeing people like Joe and Dave Eby taking their place within the NDP makes it look a lot more appealing to me and makes it just a little less likely that the party will not lose touch with the people, as they did the last time they took office on this coast.

Beer I hear ya' and I'd like to see more real people like Joe run. Or at least fewer insiders with less conflicts in all of the parties.

But the dippers are not and cannot be for controversy, especially with the msm's pimp being Mr. big corp.

My bet is like they did with Dana they will bail on him, too bad.

Suck it up dippers, we got your back even Beer may back ya'.
