Seventh Day

Lazy Sunday, coffee in the morning, beer in the afternoon. Did not take the dog for her walk until dark. The exact opposite of my Saturday except for the coffee in the morning and beer in the afternoon.

No one asks me the secret of my success - guys like me who do the dull, dirty and dangerous work do not get asked much more than, "Another pint?" I am happy, well fed, well fucked and there is always beer in my fridge and those are the only measures of success I have a stick for. My secret? For every two days off you get, work hard on the first and do the things that you want to on the second. And do not sweat it when you get to do the things you want to both days.
