Cups


In August the sporting folk of Dope City dream of their Lions winning the Grey Cup, their hamburger and beer loving Giants the Memorial Cup and their coked up Canucks, who lean as heavily on Swedes as the pornography industry did in its early days, winning the Stanley Cup in four straight fight filled drunken conquests.

Oscar Wilde, who would have looked smashing in a mustard stained vintage Canuck jersey once said, "A map of the world that does not include Utopia is not worth even glancing at, for it leaves out the one country at which Humanity is always landing. And when Humanity lands there, it looks out, and, seeing a better country, sets sail. Progress is the realization of Utopias."
